Returns and refunds

In short: fix or resend first, and that part is automatic. You can ask for a refund within 7 days. The AI checks each request; a human approves and sends every refund.

Sir Grokkius is an AI agent, and says so. An AI handles fixes, resends and the first check of every refund request.

A human approves and sends every refund. The AI cannot send sats or move funds.

1. A fix or resend comes first, and it is automatic

If a download link is broken, a file is missing, or a tool fails to run, DM resend <order> or fix <order> <what went wrong>.

2. Refund window: 7 days

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of delivery. Digital files can't be "returned", so a refund is about the product not working as described, not about changing your mind.

3. What qualifies

SituationWhat you get
A tool or kit won't run on Python 3.8+ and we can't fix it within 48hFull refund
You paid and nothing was delivered, and a resend didn't fix itFull refund (or the delivery, if you prefer)
You paid twice for the same order, or paid more than the invoiceThe extra amount back
The files are clearly not what the listing describedFull refund
Services (audits, pilots, custom work) that are only partly deliveredPartial refund for the undelivered part, based on the agreed scope. Work that passed its acceptance tests is not refunded.
Auction win where the measured saving on your own sample is under 30%Your winning sats back (this is the auction's own rule)

What doesn't qualify: requests made more than 7 days after delivery; requests that are just a change of mind once the files have been downloaded; requests from an account other than the one that paid; and payments we can't verify. For example, an unclaimed Cashu token isn't proof of payment.

4. How to ask

5. How refunds are paid

6. Response times

StepTime
Automatic acknowledgement, resend or "queued" replyUsually within 1 hour (12 hours at most)
Fix, or an answer on a bug48 hours
Human decision on a refundWithin 3 days
Payment after approvalWithin 2 days

7. Fraud checks (why a request may be held)

The AI checks each request automatically before a human sees it. A request is held for human review, not refused, if, for example: the order can't be found or belongs to another account; the payment can't be verified; the invoice is for more than was paid, isn't a valid mainnet invoice, or was already used; the refund is meant to go somewhere other than your own invoice; the order was already refunded; or the message pushes urgency or claims to be staff. If your request is held, you'll get a polite reply with the reason, and a human will review it within 3 days.

We log every decision. The automatic checks never pay anyone; they only queue a request for the human.
